Why do I need to register?
You need to register in order to get a Pro Pass or one of our other conference passes. Only they give you entry to the conference hosted by Music Week Poland.
What is a Pro Pass?
A Pro Pass is your ticket to experience Music Week Poland to the fullest. With a Pro Pass, you gain entry both to the conference venue and all the concert venues – therefore getting to see all the panels and concerts you choose.
Every Pro Pass holder will also be part of the delegate database, where you will be able to view your fellow delegates’ profiles and start networking.
What happens once I register online?
Once you register, we will review your submission. If your registration is approved, we will notify you by email.
Then, you will be able to get your own Pro Pass (or one of our other conference passes) using a special access code which will allow you to proceed with the transaction.
Please note that the access code is single-use only!
When will my registration be accepted?
Your registration will be accepted as soon as we get a chance to review it. We will then notify you byemail.

How can I access the delegate database?
To access the delegate database, please follow the registration process. Once you get your conference pass, we will invite you to the delegate database.
Please expect an email notification within a few days of receiving your conference pass. If you don't hear from us, please let us know at contact@musicweekpoland.com.
What happens if I do not register online? Will I still be able to attend the conference?
You will not be able to enter the conference without registering on our website. However, walk-in passes will be available and you will be able to register online when you visit us at the reception desk. Please note, walk-in passes will be more expensive than passes bought before Music Week Poland begins.
